«I ask the court to order the execution of me by shooting», said Yaraslau Hryshchenya in his final word during the yesterday’s trial. This was his way of mocking the state regime, which persecutes people for their political beliefs. The public prosecutor asked to sentence Young Front activist to 1 year in prison. The judge decided, however, that Yaraslau should be fined with 930,000 rubles (about $ 430).
